Which service should I choose?+

A website explains your business; an ecommerce site sells products; a mobile app delivers a focused experience on a phone. Business software manages your operations. Automation connects existing tools using rules, while an AI assistant interprets information for one task. A business platform with AI combines several workflows in a larger system. Start with a free discovery call if you’re unsure.

What does the starting price include?+

Each offer lists a starter scope and an example. Websites start at £1,000, ecommerce at £2,000, starter mobile apps at £3,000, business software at £5,000, business platforms with AI at £10,000, workflow automation at £750 and AI assistants at £2,000. We agree your actual deliverables, fixed price and timeline in writing. Larger or more complex requirements are quoted separately.

How are payments and changes handled?+

For smaller projects, our standard arrangement is 50% to book and 50% after acceptance, before final handover. Larger builds use agreed milestone payments. Projects include two agreed review rounds. If you request new features or a change of scope, we agree the cost and schedule before doing that work.

Who owns the finished work?+

After full payment, you own the bespoke code and project work created for you, as set out in your agreement. Third-party software, services and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Your handover explains the accounts, access and ongoing costs.

What happens after launch?+

A 30-day bug-fix period covers faults against the agreed scope. New features and changes are separate. Optional care starts at £100/month; managed AI care starts at £200/month. Hosting, subscriptions and AI usage are itemised separately. The project agreement confirms your handover and support arrangements.

How do you keep AI under control?+

We agree what an assistant can access, the tasks it can perform and which actions need human approval. We test it with representative examples and define how exceptions are handled. A simple assistant and a full platform have different scopes, which we make explicit in your quote.
