Who is responsible

Facetbird is currently operated by Ishaan Khandelwal, who is responsible for the personal information described here. What we collect and why

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, project interest and message you provide. We use these to understand your enquiry, respond, discuss a potential project and keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this form.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships. Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract with you, we also use information for that purpose. You do not have to send an enquiry, but we need a way to contact you if you want a reply. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Services involved

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Website enquiries are delivered through Formspree to our business email. Namecheap provides our domain and email services. Google may process messages forwarded to our working inbox. These providers process information needed to operate their services; their processing may involve countries outside the UK. Contact us if you need details of the providers and applicable transfer arrangements before sharing information.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights. This notice does not cover third-party websites you choose to visit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to discuss or manage your request, and review closed enquiries for deletion within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. If you become a client, relevant correspondence may form part of the project or accounting record and be kept for the applicable contractual or legal period. Service providers may also retain information according to their own service policies.

Cookies and website features

We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this website. The interactive examples use sample data and do not create real orders, payments or AI actions. Our hosting and security providers may use technology needed to serve or protect the site. Fonts are served from our own website.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive certain information in a portable format. Contact hello@facetbird.com to make a request or raise a concern. We will respond in line with applicable data protection requirements.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
